GREEN FLAG AWARD
What is a Green Flag Award?
The Green Flag Award is an international quality standard for parks and green spaces.
It celebrates places that are welcoming, well maintained and environmentally friendly. Judges look at areas including cleanliness, safety, biodiversity, sustainability and community involvement.
Winning the award is about much more than having a few nice flower beds. It recognises the people and work behind keeping green spaces looking their best.

The AOIC Awards recognise the amazing work celebrant members are doing. Nominations were judged by a panel made up of last year’s winners, two AOIC directors, the outgoing president, AOIC patrons and the AOIC Operations Manager.
