As Wedding & Events Manager, Amanda oversees every aspect of your wedding day, working alongside the entire team to ensure everything comes together exactly as planned. From your initial enquiry through to your wedding day, Amanda coordinates every detail behind the scenes, working closely with your venue team and our trusted local suppliers to create a seamless experience from beginning to end.
If you choose a celebrant-led ceremony, Amanda also becomes your storyteller. As a National Award Winning Celebrant, she’ll spend time getting to know you, writing a completely personalised ceremony that celebrates your journey, your personalities and the people you love most.

Emma McKay
From the moment you arrive at 8:00am, Emma, our Wedding & Events Coordinator, is there to make sure your day runs effortlessly. While you relax with your bridal party, Emma oversees every detail behind the scenes, ensuring your décor, stationery and personal touches are beautifully set and exactly as planned.
Mid-morning, she’ll lead a relaxed ceremony rehearsal, guiding everyone through where to stand, when to walk and what to expect. Then, when it’s time for your ceremony, Emma will seamlessly cue your guests, wedding party and suppliers into place, so all you need to think about is enjoying the moment.

Sophie Bowden-Caldwell
From the moment you arrive, Sophie, our Weddings & Events Coordinator, is on hand to help make your day feel relaxed, enjoyable and completely stress-free. Sophie helps prepare every detail behind the scenes, supports your guests and wedding party throughout the day, and is always ready with a smile, a reassuring word or an extra pair of hands whenever they’re needed.
Whether she’s welcoming your suppliers, helping your guests, or making sure everything is running exactly as planned, Sophie is there to ensure you can simply enjoy every moment, knowing you’re in safe hands.
CATERING
Adam Brine
Whatever the occasion, Adam Brine, Hardings’ Catering Manager, will be on hand throughout your event at Field Place Manor House & Barns to look after every aspect of your food and beverage service.
From weddings and birthday parties to anniversaries, celebrations of life, corporate events, awards evenings and special occasions, Adam and his team will ensure you and your guests are looked after with professionalism, warmth and exceptional service.
From the moment your guests arrive through to the final drinks and last orders, Adam will oversee the catering service, coordinate timings and work seamlessly alongside the Field Place Manor House & Barns venue team to ensure everything runs smoothly. Whatever you’re celebrating or hosting, Adam will be there throughout to help make your event a memorable one.
OPERATIONS
Julian Clayton
As Operations Manager, Julian Clayton oversees the day-to-day running of Field Place Manor House & Barns, ensuring every aspect of the venue operates seamlessly. Working closely with our weddings, events, catering and operational teams, Julian makes sure everything is in place to deliver the exceptional standards our guests expect.
